2468 has requalified as a Deloitte Best Managed Company in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards programme. The company which demonstrated superior business performance for the third year was one of the companies recognised at Deloitte’s gala awards dinner in Dublin on 1 March 2019.
2468 was one of 16 companies qualifying as a Best Managed Company, originally in 2017. We successfully requalified in 2018, and now again in 2019 following a requalification process assessed by the judging panel as having met the bar for continued high performance as a company.
The Best Managed Awards are the only awards scheme in Ireland that considers a business’ performance from every perspective – looking beyond finance at areas like operational excellence, people process and strong brand strategy. 2468’s success is reflection of our clearly defined strategy for growth, financial acumen, organisational capability and our commitment continuously developing our people and culture.
This year 12 new companies join a network of 136 Best Managed Companies; this network has total revenues of almost €11billion and total employment of almost 44,000 people.
