Coffee & Vending Operator (Night shift)

The Role:

As a Coffee and Vending Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vending and coffee services across a designated customer portfolio in the Seven Oaks area. This is a night shift position, commencing work at 1am. The role requires self-motivation, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. You will primarily work independently, with occasional visits to your local depot in Dartford, (on average once a week) for restocking.

This role offers full training and the chance to be part of a close-knit team within the fastest-growing business in the sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Machine Maintenance and Hygiene: Clean and replenish all coffee and vending machines on-site to ensure optimal hygiene, quality, and efficiency.
• Merchandising: Stock and display product ranges to maximize sales based on customer demand.
• Service and Repairs: Record and manage servicing and faults, performing minor repairs where possible and escalating major repairs to the relevant colleagues.
• Customer Service: Deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers, maintaining strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Van Maintenance: Ensure your vehicle is clean, organized, and safely maintained at all times.
