Washroom Service Operator

2468 is looking for a dedicated Washroom Service Operator to deliver outstanding hygiene solutions and enhance our clients’ workplace environments.

Role Overview:

As a Washroom Service Operator, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring our customer washrooms are pristine and well-maintained. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives on delivering excellent service and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Service, clean, and manage hygiene sani-bins, deliver and collect floor mats, and maintain air-care equipment.
• Maintenance: Record service activities, perform minor repairs, and report major issues using our PDA system.
• Vehicle Management: Keep your work van clean and well-maintained.
• Documentation: Accurately document service activities and communicate with headquarters.

Requirements:

• Experience: Experience in waste management or hygiene services is a plus, but full training is provided.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
• Licensing: Full clean driving license required.
• Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday. No overnight stays.
