Helping recruit and retain staff by delivering a refreshments revamp

The ask

Evri are one of the UK’s leading consumer delivery specialists, providing flexible and affordable delivery options to homes, businesses and more. To keep up with demand they went on a recruitment drive and subsequently realised a revamp on their refreshment facilities was badly needed across their 35 depots in the UK.

The solution

Evri wanted to partner with someone who would provide top-class services every day of the week. Service levels from their previous supplier was not meeting their standards and they were concerned about retaining and attracting new staff. They wanted reliable vending machines that wouldn’t run out of stock, great coffee to ensure the workforce was happy and fuelled for the day, and clean coffee, water and snacking facilities.

The result

We provided Evri with a top-of-the-range solution to provide snacks, fresh food, great coffee and cold drinks, whilst enhancing the look and feel of their canteen. This was a vast improvement on their previous offering and provided a broad range of products covering mealtimes and snacks. We also designed a complete room solution including new machines, kitchen, lighting and flooring. It’s fresh, modern look featured a bespoke housing which incorporated the customer’s brand colours. This helped them increase employee engagement by 28% and attract 3,000 new employees since it was installed.
